How do you ship?
Our standard domestic shipping option is $3.99 for all orders under $50.00 and free for orders above $50. For small, light weight orders, the standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. Typical delivery times are 2-6 days anywhere in the Continental United States.
Larger orders will ship using Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation (2-3 day delivery) FedEx or UPS Ground (2-6 days depending on location). The method used will depend on your location and size/weight of the package.
Where do you ship from?
Most of our shipments originate from our main location in Miami, Florida, however, we have alternate shipping sites throughout the West and East Coast that we frequently use for many items. We try to ship in the way that will be quickest and most efficient to provide the best customer experience.
