Description
The 2135-458X is a round 1/4" (6 mm) breakaway lanyard with a round decorative slider and a detachable bulldog clip end fitting. Total cord length is 36" (914 mm) cut prior to assembly. The round slider has a 3/4" (19 mm) imprint area.
The detachable bulldog clip snaps off and back on via a quick-release buckle without removing the lanyard from the neck. This is useful when you need to scan a badge at a reader, hand it to someone for inspection, remove keys stored on the clip, or temporarily unclip and re-clip the credential without pulling the entire lanyard over your head. The breakaway connector adds a secondary safety release at the back of the neck for environments with machinery or moving objects nearby.
Used in manufacturing and industrial facilities where staff need quick badge or key access without removing the lanyard, and where breakaway safety is required near equipment. Available in Black (2135-4589) and Navy Blue (2135-4591).
