How do I return an item?Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase from us and will go out of our way to make sure you are. If you need to return your items or would like help finding the best badge accessories for your application, WE ARE HERE TO HELP! :)
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned and refunded within 30 days of shipping date. Beyond 30 days may require special authorization. Please reach out to us!
Returns are subject to the following conditions: All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be easily obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is to be returned. All original equipment, components, manuals, warranty cards, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for us to process your RMA.
An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Specialist ID's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Certain products are not returnable due to laws including opened software. Products with a specific refund and return policies and/or deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. Physically damaged items and items not received in the same condition they were sent out in cannot be returned or will be subject to a restocking fee.
If an item is damaged during shipping this please let us and the carrier know promptly. Usually these items are insured by the carrier.
Items which are not normally stocked including Special Orders, discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc. are not returnable unless otherwise stated. Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Return Policy.
Products that are returned with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
