Specialist ID's Sample Process:
- Step 1: Fill out the form on the right.
- Step 2: Our team receives your request and enters it into our shipping system (if we have any questions or need clarification, we'll reach out within 24 hours (m-f).
- Step 3: For generic samples, you can expect them to ship out within 24 hours. Custom samples can take a bit to produce, but most go out within 72 hours.
- Step 4: As soon as your sample ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. (Most samples ship FedEx)
- Step 5: Once your sample arrives, a member of our team will reach out to make sure it is a perfect fit and assist with any questions you may have.
