Description
The Magicard R0058 Custom HoloKote key lets you replace the standard built-in HoloKote watermark designs with your own custom logo or security graphic. Your design is printed as a frosted watermark layer on every card during the normal print cycle, using the overlay panel of your existing YMCKO or YMCKOK ribbon. No additional consumables or special cards are required.
How it works: Submit your logo or security design to Magicard. They create a secure watermark file that is delivered electronically and loaded into the printer driver. Once installed, select your custom watermark from the driver and it prints automatically on every card. Each printer can store up to 10 custom HoloKote designs.
What HoloKote looks like: The watermark appears as a frosted, semi-transparent pattern across the card surface. It is clearly visible when the card is tilted under light, similar in appearance to a holographic overlay. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, the watermark becomes highly reflective and visible from several feet away, allowing quick visual verification by security personnel.
Compatible with all Magicard 300 and Magicard 600 printer variants, including single-sided, dual-sided, and models with encoding options.
