Description

The 1815-1400 is a clear vinyl horizontal badge holder with a thumb-notch front panel and slot and chain holes. The insert opening is 4.00" x 3.17" (102 x 81mm) and outside dimensions are 4.30" x 3.90" (109 x 99mm). Total vinyl thickness is 0.040" (1.2mm) with a 0.030" (0.76mm) back panel and a 0.010" (0.25mm) front panel. Sized for oversized horizontal name badges and printed inserts larger than a standard CR80 card.

The notched front panel allows quick credential removal by hand without tools. The thicker back panel provides structural support to keep large-format inserts from folding or sagging during extended wear, while the thinner front panel stays flexible for easy insertion. Slot and chain holes at the top support attachment to lanyards, badge reels, and neck chains.
