Description

The Evolis ACL001 Regular Cleaning Kit helps maintain Zenius and Primacy ID card printers to ensure optimal image quality and device longevity. Included in each kit are five adhesive cleaning cards and five cleaning swabs. To use the adhesive cards, remove the ribbon, double click the power button, and insert the card with the sticky side up into the card feeder. This process will last twenty seconds and remove all dust and debris from the internal components.

To use the cleaning swabs, turn off the printer and open the top panel. Gently run the swabs across the print head to clear any debris or buildup. It is recommended to clean your ID card printer regularly, and once every time the ribbon is changed as this will proactively keep the printer functioning in top shape. If the printer is not cleaned after 1200 cards have been printed, the warranty will be voided.
