Our self locking PIV Card reel is the ideal solution for federal employees who need to have their ID badge displayed and also inserted to a reader while working on government computers. The Lock-A-Reel with the optional card adapter, is the complete solution for having your ID badge securely attached to a badge reel, and also having it fully accessible while working at any terminal.

Attach the reel with the belt clip and extend your card up to 34". As you extend your badge it self locks at any length and retracts with the simple push of a button. By using the optional card adapter, your CaC or PIV card can be locked into the reel without needing any additional hole in the ID badge or badge holder that would keep your card from being inserted into the reader.
