Wear it just as you would a lanyard, dangling towards the center of your chest. If you are going to be active and don't want it getting in the way, simply press the button in the middle and raise it closer to your neck. If you'd rather wear it like you would a purse, you can throw it around your arm and it wears just like a bag.
