Description

Printer compatibility: This ribbon is made for the Evolis Avansia and Avansia CLM retransfer ID card printers only.

The Evolis RT5F011AAA is the genuine HighTrust® YMCKK color ribbon for the Avansia. Each roll prints 400 dual-sided cards: the YMCK panels print a full-color front, while the second K panel prints black resin on the back for text, barcodes, and QR codes. A clear retransfer film (RTCL009NAA, sold separately) is required to print.

YMCKK means five panels per card: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and resin Black for the front, plus a second resin Black for the back. This is Evolis's purpose-built ribbon for dual-sided Avansia card production.

Each Avansia ribbon ships with an Evolis electronic key that must be installed before the ribbon is loaded. Without the key installed, the Avansia will not print.

All Evolis ribbons carry the HighTrust® designation. Evolis states that exclusive use of HighTrust® ribbons is a warranty condition. Using non-HighTrust® material may void your Avansia warranty.
