Description

The 2137-40XX is a 3/8" (10mm) flat breakaway lanyard made from lightweight flat-braid material with a narrow plastic hook end fitting. Total cut length is 36" (914mm) prior to assembly. The narrow hook keeps the attached credential facing front at all times without rotating or flipping during wear. The fully plastic construction contains no metal components from strap to hook.

The narrow hook profile is designed for badge holders and credentials with smaller or tighter slot openings where wider hooks would not fit. The breakaway connector releases when pulled apart at the connection point. The fully metal-free construction makes this lanyard suitable for environments where metal accessories must be avoided, including MRI facilities and security screening areas.
