The Evolis A5021 UltraClean Kit contains 5 pre-saturated cleaning cards, 5 cleaning swabs, and 10 individual wipe pouches for complete maintenance on Quantum 2, Tattoo RW, and Securion printers.
The pre-saturated cleaning cards are coated with isopropyl-based solution that is released as the card passes through the card feed path, cleaning the transport rollers without requiring manual saturation. The cleaning swabs clean the print head directly. The 10 individual wipe pouches clean exterior surfaces, optics, and sensors.
Evolis recommends running an UltraClean cycle every 1,000 prints. The individual wipe pouches keep unused wipes fresh and uncontaminated between cleaning sessions.
Using genuine Evolis cleaning consumables maintains your warranty. Third-party cleaning products may void coverage.
