The Evolis A5070 Laminator Adhesive Card Cleaning Kit contains 10 adhesive cleaning cards specifically designed for the lamination module card path on CLM-equipped Evolis printers.
The lamination module runs at significantly higher temperatures and pressures than the standard card printer path. Standard adhesive cleaning cards are not rated for these conditions. The A5070 cards are formulated to withstand laminator temperatures while delivering effective adhesive cleaning of the lamination module transport rollers. Debris and patch residue that accumulates in the laminator can cause patch misalignment, bubbles, or peel-edge defects.
Evolis recommends cleaning the lamination module every 1,000 laminated cards. For cleaning the card printer card path and print head, use the appropriate cleaning kit for your base printer model.
