Description

Our self expiring visitor badge and log book system is an easy way to quickly log and ID visitors at any school, hospital, or building. After 14-16 hours, the badge self expires and the word VOID can be seen boldly and visibly on the front of the badge, letting you know immediately that the badge has expired.

The self containing binder has everything you need to start logging your visitors. The receptionist or security officer fills out the badge with the person's information. A duplicate record is recorded at the same time in the log book. The sign-in information is masked to protect visitors' information from being seen by the public. The self expiring adhesive badge is worn by the visitor, and the expiring process begins. The color change process prevents tampering and reuse of the badge, so there is no need to physically collect the used badges.

The self expiring badging system is low cost and easy to use.
