ID-ALL Card Design Software
ID-ALL is card design and printing software from cardPresso and the design software included with Evolis card printers. Use it to design and print employee IDs, student and visitor badges, membership and loyalty cards, and smart card credentials. It runs on Windows and Mac and comes in four editions: Starter, Standard, Advanced, and Expert.

Download the full software and test it on your own computer, no sign-up needed. Demo mode runs as the Expert edition, so you can try every design, database, and encoding feature. Cards printed in demo mode carry an ID-ALL watermark. When you know which edition fits, buy it here and enter your activation code to remove the watermark.

Already have an Evolis printer?
Every Zenius 2, Primacy 2, Agilia, and Quantum 2 printer includes an ID-ALL Starter license, and Zenius 2 and Primacy 2 GO Packs include the Standard edition. Check what came with your printer before buying Starter. To move up from the edition you have, buy an upgrade instead of a new license:
- From Starter: to Standard, to Advanced, or to Expert
- From Standard: to Advanced or to Expert
- From Advanced: to Expert
Which edition do you need?
Starter handles simple CR80 badges with text, photos, and an internal database of up to 50 records. Standard is for batch printing from Excel, CSV, or text files, with barcodes, QR codes, and magnetic stripe encoding. Advanced suits photo ID programs: face cropping, background removal, multi-layout designs, conditional printing, and Access, SQLite, or Google Sheets data. Expert adds MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ODBC connections (such as SQL Server and Oracle), contact smart card and contactless RFID/MIFARE encoding, and fingerprint capture. System requirements: Windows 11, Windows 10, or Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022, or macOS 13 Ventura or later; a quad-core processor, 4 GB of RAM, 1 GB of free disk space, and a 1366 x 768 display. An internet connection is needed to activate the license. Smart card, RFID, and MIFARE encoding are Windows only.
