Description
The 2120-702X Proreel is a round retractable badge reel with a carabiner-style back clip and a card clip end fitting. The reel housing measures 1-1/4" (32 mm) in diameter with a 34" (864 mm) retractable cord. The housing is rigid ABS plastic. The reel includes both a carabiner clip on the back and a belt clip for dual attachment options.
The carabiner back clip loops onto belt loops, bag straps, D-rings, and backpack hardware without threading through a slot. The spring-latch gate holds the reel through all-day movement. The card clip on the cord end grips slot-punched ID cards and badge holders, keeping the credential extended for readability and retracting flush when not in use. The cord extends to 34" for comfortable reach to access readers at door panels and entry gates.
Used in manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, and field operations where credentials attach to toolbelts, vest loops, or gear bags rather than a neck lanyard. The carabiner format allows one-hand attachment and removal during active shifts. Available in Black (2120-7027), Red (2120-7028), and Translucent Blue (2120-7062).
