Description
The 2115-200X is an all-plastic strap clip with a knurled thumb-grip surface and a 3-1/8" (80mm) molded Delrin strap. The clip and strap are entirely metal-free, making them metal-detector-friendly for secure government buildings, MRI environments, and access-controlled areas that screen for metal at entry points. The knurled surface on the clip grip provides tactile traction for removing and re-applying the clip to clothing with one hand, including with gloves.
The strap end threads through the slot hole on a slot-punched badge holder, clipping and holding credentials securely for display. The all-plastic clip attaches to uniform pockets, lapels, waistbands, and fabric attachment points. Available in multiple colors for programs that color-code attachment hardware by role, department, or clearance level.
Correctional facilities, secure government buildings, and metal-detector-screened environments use these clips where all-plastic badge hardware is required for staff and visitor credentials. The all-plastic construction is also suited for workers with metal sensitivities and MRI-safe environments.
