Collection: Custom Printed Badge Holders

What is a Custom Printed Badge Holder?

A badge holder shields and displays your ID preventing bends, cracks, and wear while your custom imprint (logo, program name, messaging) reinforces brand identity and role recognition. Choose orientation, insert size, rigidity, and attachment style, then add your artwork for a polished, consistent look across teams and locations.

Holder Types and Where They Fit

Rigid single-card protection

• Clear and frosted dispensers, open-face and top-load options for fast tap/swipe access.

Multi-card and specialty

• Carry multiple credentials or add environmental protection.

Vinyl and resealable

• Flexible, clear viewing with resealable zip tops; ideal for events and visitor management.

Oversized event credentials

• Larger print areas for names, roles, and access tiers; excellent for conferences and festivals.

Vehicle, utility, and accessories

• Purpose-made formats for specific workflows.

Design and Printing

• Add your logo, department, event art, or security messaging.
• Choose orientation (vertical/horizontal) and insert size (CR80 credit-card size or oversized).
• Confirm imprint area on each product page; our team will provide an artwork proof for approval before production.

How To Choose The Right Holder

• Card load: Single card vs multi-card; need for rapid tap/swipe (open-face or dispenser) vs maximum protection (rigid top-load or locking).
• Environment: Consider water‑resistant or locking options for outdoor or high‑traffic areas; flexible vinyl for events and visitors.
• Visibility: Oversized formats for conferences and venues; clear, rigid holders for everyday professional display.
• Attachment compatibility: Most options feature slot and chain holes; specialty styles include key rings, hang tag openings, or lanyard attachments. Pair with breakaway lanyards or retractable reels for safer, tap‑friendly wear.
