Your logo, bigger and under a dome
Your logo goes under a clear resin dome on the face of the reel, a full 1 inch across. We print the full-color label and pour the dome ourselves, so the finish is glossy, slightly raised and still readable after months of daily wear.
Upload your artwork and place it in the design circle. The preview does not have to be perfect. A real person checks fit, resolution and color before anything prints, and sends a digital proof on request. There are no setup fees.
Underneath the dome is the 609-I, a teardrop housing on a 1-1/4 inch reel. The no-twist cord rotates independently, so the badge faces forward instead of spinning through the day, and it runs 34 inches for swipes and taps without unclipping. The swivel spring clip opens wide enough for thick fabric and holds firm on belt loops, pockets and scrubs, and a clear vinyl strap fits any slot-punched card or holder.
It is a good fit for corporate offices, healthcare teams and event staff who want the larger 1 inch imprint without moving to a heavy metal reel.
