Standard badge buddy horizontal
A custom badge buddy shows your role in large type right below your ID badge, so patients and coworkers know who you are at a glance. Pick a color and add one or two lines of text. We print it on both sides, laminate it and slot-punch it to share the slot of any standard credit-card-size ID. Horizontal, for a landscape ID.
Four ways to show your role
Every one shows your title in large type under your ID and comes in your hospital's colors. Hover to see how each is worn.

Wear your ID bare, or in a badge holder?
Hangs directly behind your ID badge, sharing its slot, with your title showing just below.
1″ longer, for an ID worn inside a badge holder or sleeve, so your title still shows below the holder.
Same title bar on both. The XL is just longer.
Tough, two-sided and easy to wear
We can print almost anything
Full color on the front and back. Your title is just the start: add a logo, a QR code or a reference card.
Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG in the designer, or send us your artwork for a whole unit.
20 colors to match how your hospital codes roles
Many hospitals color-code roles to match scrubs. Tell us your scheme and we'll match it across every title.

Before you order
Will it fit my badge?
If your ID badge is standard credit-card size (3-3/8″ × 2-1/8″) and slot-punched, the badge buddy shares that slot. Unclip your ID, slip the badge buddy on behind it and clip back on. It hangs right behind your ID, with your title showing just below the bottom edge.
Wear your ID inside a badge holder or sleeve? Choose the XL badge buddy instead.
What if my badge flips?
Your title is printed on both sides, so it reads either way.
Can I order different titles and colors at once?
Yes. Design each one and add it to your cart.
Is there a minimum order?
Standard and XL badge buddies: no minimum. Clear: 25 per design. BadgeBottoms®: 6 per design.
Can I add our logo or a reference card?
Yes. In the designer, open “Add a logo, reference card or different back” and upload it, on the front or the back.
Is it made in the USA?
Yes. Every badge buddy is designed, printed, laminated and die-cut in the USA.
