The Custom Printed Event Badge (CustomEventBadge3X5-TS) is a 3 x 5 inch pass printed in full color on both sides, with your artwork running edge to edge and three slots along the top for a lanyard, badge clip or neck chain.

Print the same artwork on both sides, leave the back blank white for a handwritten name, or give the back its own layout for an agenda or sponsor logos. A real person checks every file before it prints, and digital proofs are available on request. No setup fees.
Each badge is printed on 10 mil Teslin synthetic paper, then laminated with 10 mil clear film on both sides and die-cut with rounded corners. The result is a waterproof, tear-resistant pass about 30 mil thick that stays flat through a weekend of lanyards, pockets and rain.

Step 2
Full-color print, both sides
Your front and back print edge to edge on 10 mil Teslin synthetic paper, a tear-resistant sheet made for credentials.
Step 3
Laminate, top and bottom
A 10 mil clear film is bonded to each side under heat and pressure, sealing the print against water, sweat and scuffs.
Step 4
Die-cut and slot-punched
Each badge is cut to size with rounded corners, then the attachment slots are punched clean through all three layers.
Step 5
Checked and shipped
Finished badges are inspected, counted and packed flat so they arrive ready for the lanyard.

Common questions
Before you order
Can I order without using the designer?
Yes. Choose Skip the designer, add the badges to your cart, and reply to your order confirmation with your artwork. Our art team sets the layout and sends a proof before anything prints.
What do the dotted line and the slots in the preview mean?
The dotted line is the safe zone. Keep names, logos and dates inside it; the strip outside it can be trimmed. Fill the whole badge with your background color or photo so no white shows at the edge. The slots are punched after printing, so keep anything important out of them.
What can go on the back?
Anything you like. Print the same artwork as the front, leave it blank white so you can write on it, or upload a separate design for the back: an agenda, a map, sponsor logos or emergency contacts.
What file should I send?
For the online preview, use a PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 20 MB. A file sized to the badge at 300 dpi prints sharpest. If you have a print-ready PDF or a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS), send it after checkout.
Can each badge have a different name?
Often, yes. Contact us before ordering with your quantity and a sample of your list, and we will walk you through the options for names, numbering or barcodes.
Can I write on the badge?
A permanent marker writes on the laminate, so a blank white back works well for names filled in at the door.
How durable is it?
The printed Teslin core is sealed between two layers of 10 mil laminate, so the badge is waterproof, tear resistant and stays flat. It is made to last an event or a season, not a single day.
Do I get a digital proof?
A real person reviews every order. If your artwork and layout are clear, we print the design you submitted. If something needs attention, we contact you. Digital proofs are available on request.
