Description
The Entrust 525900-003 monochrome print ribbon kit is designed for Entrust Sigma DS1, DS2, and DS3 direct-to-card printers. Its royal blue ribbon prints single-color royal blue text, logos, and graphics. Entrust's designation for this formulation is Royal Blue.
One roll yields up to 1,500 prints. Ribbon Saver can increase actual monochrome output by up to three times when a card design uses only part of the ribbon area, but the result depends on printed coverage. Use the 1,500-print rating for supply planning rather than treating the maximum Ribbon Saver result as guaranteed.
Sigma printers use RFID to identify compatible genuine Entrust supplies and apply ribbon-specific settings. Each print ribbon kit includes one ribbon, one isopropanol cleaning card, and one adhesive cleaning roller so routine cleaning supplies can be replaced with each ribbon change.
