The Evolis ACL004 T-Card Cleaning Kit contains 10 T-shaped cleaning cards for transport roller maintenance on Badgy, Zenius, and Primacy series printers.
T-cards have a rigid T-shaped profile that allows them to reach and clean rollers a standard flat adhesive card cannot contact. They pass through the card feed path and scrub embedded debris, dust, and card coating residue from the transport rollers. Clean rollers reduce card misfeeds and improve print registration.
