The Evolis ACL010 Advanced Cleaning Kit contains 2 T-cards, 2 cleaning swabs, and 2 adhesive cleaning cards for complete maintenance on the Agilia retransfer printer.
The T-cards clean the deep transport rollers that a flat card cannot reach in the Agilia retransfer card path. The adhesive cards clean the surface transport rollers by running through the card feed path. The cleaning swabs clean the print head directly. Together, these three components cover every major cleaning point in the Agilia.
Evolis recommends running the advanced cleaning kit every 5,000 prints or whenever print quality or card feed reliability declines. For routine maintenance between advanced cleans, use the ACL013 Regular Cleaning Kit.
