The Evolis ACL011 T-Card Cleaning Kit contains 10 T-shaped cleaning cards for high-volume transport roller maintenance on the Agilia retransfer printer.
The Agilia retransfer card path uses rollers that handle higher heat and pressure than standard DTC printers. The T-card profile is designed to reach and clean the deep transport rollers in the Agilia card path that a standard flat card cannot contact. Each pass removes embedded dust, debris, and card coating residue from the rollers.
Clean transport rollers reduce card misfeeds, improve card registration during the retransfer process, and maintain consistent card output quality. The 10-card pack supports multiple cleaning cycles for busy card issuance programs.
