The Evolis ACL012 Adhesive Card Cleaning Kit contains 50 adhesive cleaning cards specifically designed for the Agilia retransfer printer card path.
Each cleaning card includes two adhesive-free zones that match the geometry of the Agilia card transport system. The adhesive zones clean the transport rollers by lifting dust and debris as the card passes through the card path, while the adhesive-free zones prevent over-adhesion in areas where the Agilia clamps or grips the card during the retransfer process.
The 50-card bulk pack supports high-volume Agilia programs that run cleaning cycles every 1,000 prints. Regular roller cleaning reduces card misfeeds, maintains consistent card positioning during retransfer, and extends the service life of the transport components.
