The Evolis ACL008 Cleaning Kit contains 2 T-cards and 1 cleaning pen for complete routine maintenance on Badgy printers.
The T-cards have a rigid T-shaped profile that passes through the Badgy card feed path and scrubs the transport rollers. The cleaning pen delivers isopropyl-based solution through a felt tip for direct print head cleaning. Together, they cover both the card path and the print head in a single cleaning session.
Evolis recommends cleaning the Badgy every 1,000 prints: run a T-card through the card path and wipe the print head with the cleaning pen. Regular cleaning maintains print quality, reduces card misfeeds, and extends the life of the print head.
