Description
The Evolis LPA048NAA 1.0 mil Alternate Clear Patch with Smart Card & Mag Stripe Cut Laminate is a dual purpose ribbon for Primacy and Primacy 2 laminators. This specialized ribbon features a smart chip cutout on the front side and a magnetic stripe cutout on the back, ensuring that both embedded chips and magnetic stripes remain functional.
It applies a 1.0 mil (25 microns) thick clear protective layer to printed ID cards, enhancing their durability and resistance to wear and fading. With lamination, it is possible to extend an ID card's lifespan by up to five years. Each ribbon produces 600 prints per roll.
