Description
The Evolis LPA049NAA Alternate Clear Patch Lamination ribbon was designed for Primacy and Primacy 2 Card Laminators. It applies a double sided,1.0 mil (25 microns) thick protective overlay to ID cards that protects them against daily wear, tear, and exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays.
At the same time, it leaves a specialized cutout specifically designed for magnetic stripes to make sure they work properly. This specially designed lamination ribbon ensures the ID card's longevity without hurting its encoding functionality. Lamination has been shown to extend an ID card's lifespan by up to five years. Each ribbon provides up to 600 prints.
