Description
The Evolis LVR037NAA generic hologram varnish has a registered globe design and offers an extra layer of protection and security to ID cards. The ribbon applies a transparent protective holographic layer, 2.7 microns thick, which can increase durability of cards by two to three years. As well as a protective layer, it applies a holographic image of a globe as a specialized method of preventing counterfeiting.
Unlike continuous ribbon holograms that repeat like a wallpaper pattern, registered holograms are precisely placed in the exact same location on every card. This consistency ensures that the holographic image—such as the Evolis Generic Globe design—appears in a fixed position, typically aligned with a card’s visual elements like a photo or logo.
Capable of printing up to 1200 prints, the ribbon is compatible with Primacy 2, Agilia and Avansia laminators. Ideal for businesses that require high volumes of printed cards, such as government agencies, financial services, or any corporate entity that requires high volume ID card printing.
