The Evolis R2131 is the genuine HighTrust® black monochrome ribbon for the Quantum 2. It loads directly into the printer in its standard cassette. Each roll prints 3000 cards. the Quantum 2's large-format ribbon capacity means fewer changeovers in high-volume ID card production environments.
The R2131 prints sharp, durable black resin text, barcodes, signatures, and graphics directly onto the card surface. Resin black produces highly readable barcodes and crisp text that resists smearing and fading, making it the standard choice for monochrome ID card printing on the Quantum 2.
All Evolis ribbons carry the HighTrust® designation. Evolis states that exclusive use of HighTrust® ribbons is a warranty condition. Using non-HighTrust® material may void your printer warranty.
