Printer compatibility: This ribbon is made for the Evolis Quantum 2 and Securion ID card printers only.
The Evolis R3013 is the genuine HighTrust® 1/2 YMCKO color ribbon for the Quantum 2 and Securion. It loads directly into the printer in its standard cassette. Each roll prints 400 cards.
1/2 YMCKO means the ribbon uses a half-panel format: the Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan color panels cover one half of the card width, while the resin Black and clear Overlay panels run the full card width. This is ideal for cards with a photo or color graphic on one portion, with sharp black text across the full card. The half-panel YMC format doubles the yield to 400 prints per roll compared to a standard YMCKO ribbon.
All Evolis ribbons carry the HighTrust® designation. Evolis states that exclusive use of HighTrust® ribbons is a warranty condition. Using non-HighTrust® material may void your printer warranty.
