The RVA022NAA holographic overlay does the same protection PLUS adds the visible globe pattern that shifts when you tilt the card. That shifting pattern is what makes cards impossible to counterfeit. Scanners and copiers can't reproduce that 3D effect.
Do I need to print color first, then holographic separately?
Yes, it's a two-pass process. First, print your card with your standard YMCKO color ribbon. Then swap in the RVA022NAA and run the card through again for the holographic overlay. Some organizations batch this by printing 50 cards with color, then overlaying all 50. The printer's RFID system auto-detects which ribbon is installed, so there's no manual configuration between swaps.

The R4002 (350 prints) is for older models: Pebble, Dualys, Quantum, and Securion. Same security technology, different printer compatibility.
I have a Primacy 2. Can I use this ribbon?
