Description

Printer compatibility: Evolis Primacy 2 only. Not compatible with the original Primacy, Zenius, or Edikio printers.

The Evolis S10388 is a 200-card input hopper that replaces the standard 100-card hopper on the Primacy 2. It doubles card capacity without tools, driver updates, or configuration changes. The Primacy 2 automatically detects the upgrade after installation.

Larger card capacity means fewer interruptions during batch printing. The S10388 is built for environments that print employee badges, student IDs, or access cards in volume. Load 200 cards, start the job, and walk away.

What You Get

  • 200-card input hopper: replaces the standard 100-card hopper on the Primacy 2.

  • CR79 and CR80 card support: accepts standard credit-card-size cards, 20-50 mil thickness (0.50-1.25mm).

Installation

  1. Power off the Primacy 2.
  2. Remove the standard 100-card input hopper.
  3. Snap in the S10388 200-card hopper.
  4. Power on. The printer recognizes the upgrade automatically.
