The 1840-6000 is a horizontal rigid plastic badge holder with a frosted translucent casing. The frosted finish slightly conceals the ID card information when viewed from a distance or at an angle, providing a degree of visual privacy without fully obscuring the credential. The card is fully legible when viewed up close or straight-on. Insert size is 3.38" x 2.13" (86 x 54mm) for standard credit card sized ID cards. Outer dimensions are 3.65" x 2.73" (93 x 69mm).
The card loads from the side opening and is secured in place. A thumb slot on the holder makes it easy to remove the card when access is needed. The rigid plastic construction protects the card from bending, moisture, and handling wear during daily use.
