The HID FARGO 84922 is a full-color YMCKK ribbon for the Fargo HDP6600. Also known as the 084922. Each roll yields 600 prints. It replaces the discontinued 84912.
YMCKK is built for dual-sided printing. The YMC panels and first black panel print full color on the front. The second black panel prints text and barcodes on the back. That means no color panels are wasted on a back side that only needs black. If you print color on both sides, you need the YMCK ribbon run twice per card instead. One note from HID: update your HDP6600 firmware to version 10.0.37.524 or later for the best color quality with this ribbon. The ribbon works on older firmware, but color output may not be at its best.
