IDP 651160 SMART-70 Mag Stripe Encoder
The IDP 651160 adds magnetic stripe encoding to the SMART-70. It installs inside the printer module (651159), so the card is encoded on its way through the print station. It reads and writes ISO 7811 tracks 1, 2 and 3 on HiCo and LoCo stripes, and JIS II.
In the SMART-70 modular design, magnetic stripe and contactless encoders go in the printer, while contact smart card encoding and the scanner go in the hybrid flipper. Encoding runs through IDP's encoding plug-in or the SMART-70 SDK. Order it for an existing SMART-70 printer or with a new system.
