IDP 651190 SMART-70 Laminator Head
The IDP 651190 is the replacement heating head for the SMART-70 laminator module (651289) and SMART-70 stand-alone laminators. It is the bar-type head behind IDP's instant direct heating, which brings the head to temperature quickly so the laminator needs no warm-up.
IDP's user manual covers the swap: turn the film cartridge lock lever, pull out the film cartridge, press the head release to detach the old head, move its two head cables to the new head and lock it back in. The laminator menu has a head resistance setting for registering the head after a change.
