IDP 651315 SMART-31 Flipper
The IDP 651315 flipper assembly converts a single-sided IDP SMART-31S into a dual-sided SMART-31D. The flipper attaches at the back of the printer and turns each card over so both sides print in one pass, for badges with a photo on the front and instructions, a barcode or a return address on the back.
It is a field upgrade: IDP describes the SMART-31S as field upgradable to the 31D. For dual-sided full-color work, the YMCKOK ribbon prints color on the front and black on the back; a YMCKO ribbon prints full color on both sides, and with IDP's split-panel setting it can print color on the front and black on the back from one panel set.
