IDP 651321 SMART-70 Output Hopper, 300 Cards
The SMART-70 is built from separate modules that stand side by side in a row: input hopper (I), printer (P), hybrid flipper (F), laminator (L) and output hopper (O). IDP names each system by its modules, so an IPFLO is input hopper, printer, flipper, laminator and output hopper. The 651321 is the O: a 300-card output hopper that stands at the right end of the row, after the last module.
As each finished card arrives, a support beam lifts the stack so the new card does not scrape the ones below it. A sensor reports when the cartridge is full, and the cartridge gate closes automatically when you lift it out. The cards sit in a removable cartridge; the same cartridge fits the input and output hoppers. A physical lock keeps the cartridge in place, and the module has its own status LED, 24 V power adapter and a Kensington slot. It takes ISO CR80 PVC, composite PVC and PET cards from 15 to 47 mil.
Add it to an existing SMART-70 in place of the exit box, to collect up to 300 finished cards in a locked cartridge, or as a replacement. Join it with the red communication cable and set the new combination from the printer's control panel. A second hopper of the same type in one system needs its module ID changed (a DIP switch inside the case). Spare 300-card cartridge: 651347.
