Overview
IDP 651365 SMART-51 Kensington Lock Connection
The IDP 651365 is the Kensington lock security connection for IDP SMART-51 direct-to-card printers. It gives the printer an anchor point for a Kensington-style cable lock, so the printer can be tethered to a desk or counter in a lobby, front desk or other shared space.
IDP lists it among the SMART-51 physical security options alongside the 651363 hopper and ribbon door lock. IDP does not state whether it is fitted at the factory or in the field; order it with the printer, or contact us before ordering for an existing one.
