IDP 653881 Foil Cutter Blade Assembly
The IDP 653881 is the replacement cutter blade assembly for the SMART-Bit Foil shredder (653880). It is the module that twists and cuts used topping foil and retransfer film into particles of about 3 mm.
The cutter module lifts out of the top body after you unplug the shredder and remove three screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Before replacing it, IDP's guide has you try two fixes: adjust the cutter tension screw when the shredded pieces come out irregular, and clear clotted debris with tweezers. If the cutter still jams or cuts poorly, swap in a new assembly. This blade is for the foil model; the SMART-Bit Plus ribbon shredder (651577) uses the 659950 assembly.
