IDP 4th and 5th-Year Advanced Exchange Warranty Extension for SMART-81 Printers (900515)

The IDP 900515 extends IDP's 3-year Advanced Exchange warranty on IDP SMART-81 retransfer card printers by a fourth and fifth year, for five years of coverage in total. Coverage includes the printer, laminators, encoders, parts and labor. It does not extend print head coverage; IDP covers the SMART-81 print head under its separate lifetime print head warranty.

Extended warranties follow the same terms as IDP's standard warranty. To make a claim, call IDP technical support; a technician diagnoses the problem by phone and, if needed, issues an RMA. In the continental United States, IDP may ship a replacement ahead of your return (advance exchange) with a prepaid ground label, or repair the unit at its depot.
