Overview
IDP 900912 YMCKOK Ribbon Cassette, 300 Prints
The IDP 900912 is IDP's YMCKOK EasyLoad ribbon kit for dual-sided SMART-32 and SMART-52 ID card printers: a 300-print ribbon pre-loaded in a cassette, with a cleaning roller. It prints a full-color front and a black back on every card. Yellow, magenta and cyan dye panels print the color, the first black resin (K) panel adds sharp front text and barcodes, the clear overlay (O) panel protects the front, and a second black resin (K) panel prints the back.
A standard ribbon such as the IDP 654014 is a roll you install in the reusable cartridge that stays in your printer. This kit comes pre-loaded in a cassette instead, which also gives you a ready spare. Each roll prints up to 300 cards with color on the front and black on the back, because the back-side black panel is part of every panel set.
SMART-32 and SMART-52 ribbons carry a yellow tag and do not fit the SMART-31 or SMART-51, even though the ribbon cartridge carries over. Specialist ID is an authorized IDP dealer.
