1. Can the badge buddies be customized to say ______?

2. Can I add a Specialist ID as a vendor for my organization?
Yes! Please send us an email at Sales@specialistid.com for a copy of our W9 and to ask about any specifics that apply to your organization such as an NDA.
3. Do you offer samples of a custom badge buddy?
While we cannot offer a custom sample, we are happy to offer a sample on any of the standard badge buddy titles.
4. My organization is tax-exempt. How do I remove the taxes from my orders?
For website orders, please email us a copy of your TEC to Sales@specialistid.com, and we will make your account tax-exempt. For orders done via PO, please email us a copy of your TEC to Sales@specialistid.com and we will issue a quote with taxes removed.
5. How long does it take to get my order of custom items?
While the custom process can always have slight variance, our standard process is 2 days for the graphics team to create the artwork for your final approval followed by production which varies based on the size of the order. We highly encourage starting the process before the last minute to ensure enough time for production and shipping.
