The Genuine TEMPbadge 04301 is a non-expiring double-sided CARDbadge, 3" x 4", sold as a box of 167 three-up sheets for a total of 501 badges. Print visitor details on a standard inkjet or laser printer - the three-up sheet design prints the front and the back of each badge at the same time - then print, peel, fold and clip. It needs no special hardware, no software and no printer of its own, and the finished badge works with any standard badge clip.
Non-expiring means exactly that: the badge carries no timer and no expiration indicator, so it never turns color or reveals a VOID mark on its own. Choose it where visitors are escorted, where the same badge is reissued, or where badges are collected at sign-out and the front desk rather than the badge enforces the time limit. If you want the badge itself to void after a set number of hours or a day, choose an expiring badge instead. Ordering a quantity of one gets you one box of 167 sheets, which is 501 badges.
No. The CARDbadge is non-expiring. If you want a badge that visibly expires, choose a self-expiring TEMPbadge instead.
How do I print these badges?
Print on a standard inkjet or laser printer. The badges come three per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and can be printed on both sides, then separated along the perforations.
What else do I need?
A standard inkjet or laser printer and badge clips for the slotted badges.
Can badges be reused?
Each badge is printed for one visitor. Because there is no expiration indicator, collect badges as visitors leave if reuse control matters at your site.
What does box of 167 mean?
This product comes in packs of 167 sheets, three badges per sheet, for a total of 501 badges. Ordering a quantity of 1 means you will receive one box of 167 sheets.
Are these badges in stock?
Most TEMPbadge items on our site ship shortly after the order is placed. However, many items are made to order by the factory and typically take about 8 weeks, because the chemical timer performs best when fresh. Made-to-order items are marked on the product page. Contact us for current lead times.
