Printer compatibility: This ribbon is made for the Evolis Primacy 2 ID card printer only. It is NOT compatible with the Zenius 2, the original Primacy, or the original Zenius.
The Evolis R7H206NAAA is the genuine HighTrust® 1/2 YMCKOKO color ribbon for the Primacy 2. It loads directly into the printer in its standard cassette. Each roll prints 250 dual-sided cards.
1/2 YMCKOKO means the ribbon uses a half-panel format with full dual-sided capability: half-panel Yellow, Magenta, and Cyan panels plus resin Black print a full-color photo or graphic on the front of the card; a second resin Black panel prints text or barcodes on the back; and a clear Overlay panel protects the full card. All in a single pass. The half-panel YMC format increases yield versus full-panel while maintaining color quality across the image area.
All Evolis ribbons carry the HighTrust® designation. Evolis engineered HighTrust® media specifically for their printers to protect print head life, card durability, and overall printer reliability. Evolis states that using non-HighTrust® material may void your printer warranty. Which is why genuine ribbons from an authorized dealer matter.
