The Evolis ACL001 Regular Cleaning Kit contains 5 adhesive cleaning cards and 5 cleaning swabs for routine maintenance on Zenius and Primacy series printers.
The adhesive cards clean the transport rollers by running through the card feed path and lifting dust, debris, and card coating residue. The cleaning swabs are used to wipe the print head directly, removing ink buildup that reduces print sharpness over time.
Evolis recommends cleaning the print head with each ribbon change and running an adhesive card after every 1,000 prints. Regular cleaning extends print head life and keeps image quality consistent.
