Description
The HID FARGO 082289 UltraCard PC (also listed as 82289) is a 500 count box of blank white CR-80 cards made from 100% polycarbonate. UltraCard PC is 30 mil thick, measures 3.375 in x 2.125 in (85.6 mm x 54 mm), and delivers the highest level of card durability and the longest card life in the UltraCard family. The clean, glossy, dye-receptive surface optimizes the quality of printed images and text, and because polycarbonate is more environmentally friendly than commonly used PVC constructions, UltraCard PC can also support an organization's green initiatives.
UltraCard PC is compatible with retransfer card printers from all brands, including the HID FARGO HDP series, and with HID ELEMENT UV-cured inkjet printers. It is compatible with laser engraving, which makes it the right choice for retransfer-printed or laser-engraved IDs that need to stand the test of time. It is not intended for direct-to-card (DTC) printers. HID recommends storing the cards at 40-70% relative humidity and 60-85 F (15-30 C).
