Description
The 1840-5050 is a clear flexible vinyl vertical badge holder sized for proximity cards. Proximity cards are slightly thicker than standard CR80 credit card stock, and standard badge holders do not accommodate them properly. The 1840-5050 is built to the correct insert dimensions (2 1/4" x 3 5/8") to fit a prox card with a snug closure that keeps the card locked in and prevents it from sliding out when the holder is attached to a strap clip.
The holder attaches via the slot hole at the top. It is designed for use with a vinyl strap clip on a badge reel. It is not compatible with bulldog clips or swivel hooks, which do not engage the slot hole correctly for this holder's fit. A badge reel with a vinyl strap clip is the correct pairing.
Also fits standard CR80 cards and can hold multiple standard cards if prox card thickness is not required. Clear vinyl front keeps the card fully visible. Part number 1840-5050 (also listed as Y533831).
